ofcourse, but what scares the hell out of me personally is that we should 
have a backup for Walter! :)
He is Genius and all, but it scares me all of that hard work is on one man 
(and a few selected - sorry!). What if Walter one day decides he wants to 
make ice-cream instead of programming? Or something like that
