In America, I've never heard anyone call it a "shedyool" unless they were 
deliberately mispronouncing it.  And "nukyular" is kind of regarded as an 
"uninformed" pronunciation of the word, like when someone who doesn't know 
anything about nuclear [fire]power is talking about it.
