D Panel or BoF for SIGGRAPH 08?

It's a little early, I know, but I'm thinking about the idea of 
organizing some kind of D BoF or Panel at SIGGRAPH this year.

BoF's are easy to do -- I think you just have to tell siggraph you're 
going to have it to get your name on the list, and arrange a place to 
have it.  The actual event is a pretty freeform meeting.

A more formal Panel would be cool though.  I'm thinking of something 
like this:
