Key issue for PhanTango?

In the ideal world, I think it should be possible to link together pieces
of code that were writting for both Phobos and Tango.  I don't know how
realistic this is with all of the differences in I/O.

I wonder how much work it would be to have a more complete Phobos
compability tree as part of Tango.
