i've installed the eclipse distribution from yoxos, witch gave me a long 
list of plug-ins to choose from.
i've got aptana for web development, and also the flex builder beta 
trial (for flex and java script).
for ruby there's RDT (ruby development tools) there's also additional 
support for rails development :)
