Umm, that's one hell of an assumption.
I love D, and I have tremendous admiration for Walter's work.

I'm just wanting the next stable version of the compiler to be that,
stable.  There should not be major issues (unlike minor bugs) with the
compiler.

I do all my research work using D now, so like the rest of the community,
I want D to be as great as it can be (and I already find it much better
than C++, its primary competitor).
