No---and in addition no one is obliged to have a counter proof for any

I have a counter hint only: D as an intended systems programming 
language has `cast'- and `asm'- statements as well as pointers 
available. With these a clever coder might be able to access every data 
storage location accessable to the program, regardless of the 
protection status announced by the source.
