My best guess as to why the download link is inconsistent is due to file
size.  The short ones are downloadable but not the long ones.  After
getting the rest up -- all of which are in between the two sets -- we'll
see if that holds true.

As to explicitly making the files downloadable from elsewhere, I'll
probably do so after a week or three up at google so that the number of
people who want to download them is reduced, thus reducing the cost of
making the larger versions downloadable.

Don't be embarrassed or afraid to watch yourself.  The talks were all
interesting.  Half of them I didn't get to see during the conference
(out of the room too much making sure food was available, drinks were
cold, etc), so I'm watching them for the first time now.
