Hi Mike,

I'm not exactly sure what's going on here, but the problem may be related to your non-standard system setup. The BitRock installer used by UNA creates a log file in your temp directory -- send that to me by e-mail and I'll take a look. Should have you up and running sometime today.

With some security settings in place, Vista may not allow the creation of '.exe' files, but we've never seen that issue on XP before.
