Feature Request - Raw HTML in ddoc comments

There's no way to ban it, because ddoc is a text macro processing 
program. It does not know what html is.

Andrei said at one point he had a sort of set of macros that would cause 
ddoc to produce latex output, which could then be used to generate pdf.
