Because it was overlooked.  There was a second change to the naming scheme shortly before that
release and I simply forgot to change the installation page.  That you're the first person to point this out
and the new library names have been in use for months shows just how often people look at that page.
I'll fix it now.

The latest release of DMD is 1.027, and it is available for download.  Or you can just get the latest binary
release of Tango, which included DMD 1.027.
