Either you use a Subversion client (like tortoisesvn.tigris.org) to 
download the trunk or you use the following URL to download a Zip file 
with the latest revision:

http://www.dsource.org/projects/bindings/changeset/251/trunk/win32?old_path=%2F&format=zip

"251" in this URL is the revision and should be changed to the latest 
version.
