I'd like to convert all the Tango compilation and installation scripts 
to Makefiles. I already wrote some Makefiles to compile and install 
Tango for my personal usage because I was pissed off by the shell 
scripts. I'd like to "proper" them and propose them for inclusion in 
Tango. Are the Tango developers interested in this ? (please note that 
these Makefiles will only be tested with DMD and GDC on Linux).
