Removing D embedded in HTML feature

Maybe the reverse of Bill's idea would work, That would be a HTML inserter. 
Don't know how it would work but I'd see value in the D-in-html thing if 
people didn't have to edit it by hand and the compiler didn't have to deal 
with it.
