I have to agree.  Descent is already shaping up to be something of an 
end-all IDE for D.  If Descent doesn't beat you to the punch, then quite 
certainly Entice Designer will.  I would imagine that it's very 
difficult to write a GUI builder, and especially so to write one that 
works with *both* DWT and DFL.
