Building DMD from sources

Well, I tried to download it from:

http://www.digitalmars.com/download/freecompiler.html

But the link to the Extended Utilities Package is a link to DM Shop.
Maybe we should document this stuff on DMD home page, perhaps include them on FAQ.

Can I build DMD using mingw? Or link to mingw libraries?
