OPTLINK needs to die.

I'm sorry that my eyes leaped over the word "hyperthreading".

I just tested OPTLINK bug I reported on the Issue Tracking System,
http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2378
with fixed link.exe by imagecfg.

The issue is not solved.
