Any chance to call Tango as Extended Standard Library

I like the idea.

Other thing I constantly think about is that once Tango is ported to D2, it should start being distributed alongside the Phobos (just the way it comes with LDC). I believe there are a lot of advantages for Tango library developers, its users and D in general.
