Phobos is always going to be supported for D2. Tango doesn't currently 
exist for D2. Furthermore, Sean has put in the work to make it possible 
for both Phobos and Tango to coexist in D2, i.e. you don't have to 
commit to one or the other, you can use both simultaneously.
