Andrei is addressing one of the critical shortcomings of D - lack of a 
comprehensive book. So while he has a large ego (don't we all!) I 
actually enjoy working with people who have large egos, and Andrei gets 
things done.

I've also found that while some people I only know from online dealings 
that I found infuriating, when I meet the person in 3D land things are 
very different, and they're very engaging and fun to work with.

I suppose we really need another D conference.
