On C/C++ undefined behaviours

The current problem with CB, afaik, is that plugins need to be
recompiled in order to work with new versions of CB. But you can
enable/disable them at will, and most plugins have their settings
appear in the options menu similar to the way Eclipse plugins work.
It's no secret Eclipse is more mature, CB only has a a limited number
of contributors (at least to my knowledge).
