Well, in a way, you could say that that tool was _not_ the best tool for the job 
because it wouldn't do as good a job simply because you weren't as proficient in 
it. Ultimately, you have to take the whole situation - including your particular 
skill set - into account when choosing which tool to use for a particular job - 
especially when talking about programming lanugages.
