Using DMD2 on Ubuntu 9.04 x64?

Yes, I have an AMD64. How that would differ as far as dev tool 
installation from Intel, I have no idea. I'm not even sure what the 
packages I listed actually install - I just tried them (based on web 
search inquiries) and they work.
