Updating GDC links on Digital Mars D page

As per the discussion on the D.gnu forum,

... perhaps it is a good idea to update the GDC links on the D homepage to point to the active development that is taking place?  The existing links point to a Sourceforge page last updated over 2 years ago.  It would be a shame to miss out on wider awareness of an actively-developed, fully-free (and gcc-based) D compiler in the run-up to the release of D2.
