Update to current RDMD?

I was going to update my build system to support RDMD as an alternative to 
xfbuild/rebuild, to reduce reliance on external tools (nothing against 
xfbuild/rebuild, though). But even the latest D1 still includes the 20090902 
build of RDMD, which lacks the fix committed in r1315. Not having that 
change is a blocker for using RDMD in my build system. Is there any chancge 
that's going to get updated soon? (BTW, does D2 include the current RDMD?)
