I have the following levels to choose from:

Microsoft All Rules
Microsoft Basic Correctness Rules
Microsoft Basic Design Guideline Rules
Microsoft Extended Correctness Rules
Microsoft Extended Design Guideline Rules
Microsoft Globalization Rules
Microsoft Minimum Recommended Rules
Microsoft Security Rules

I imagine that higher settings will have higher signal-to-noise ratios,  
but I can re-run it on another ruleset if anyone's interested.
