I was just asked today to do a 2 day D training seminar, so the demand is out there.
I suggest that a great start would be to simply list D as one of the languages
you offer consultancy on.
I also know that concurrent programming is one area where you have particular
expertise, so advice on how to improve D's support of that can help a lot, too.
Writing an article about it can really help to raise the awareness of D in the
larger community.
