Polling on the NG has two problems:
1. Polls generate a lot of noise here (single word posts).
2. Counting the results must be done manually.

Although voting is not anonymous, you can cheat here as well, by using two  
names and email addresses. I'll have future polls allow only one vote per  
IP address in any case.
