Just to add my 2 cents... I have been looking for a simple way of altering the Windows terminal colour, so I would personally say this is worth including - or at the very least converting into a usable header/module/???. I am very new to D, so I can't figure out how to make use of the code posted on github. Perhaps it's simpler than I think :)
