I agree that cmd sucks.

I disagree that people use Visual Studio because cmd sucks.

At home I'm a Mac user, but at work I use Visual Studio. I've used 
Eclipse, XCode, code blocks, vim+makefiles, and I can easily say that 
Visual Studio is far and away the best development environment in 
existence. Nothing even comes close to it.
