IIRC, Naughty Dog, the people behind the Uncharted series, are using 
something like PLT Scheme, i.e. LISP, for their scripting needs (e.g. 
http://gameenginebook.com/gdc09-statescripting-uncharted2).

Nevertheless, »about 100%« is probably right.
