I don't know.
I guess it won't work too well if the headers you're trying to convert
include system headers with system specific defines etc (these defines
AFAIK end up in really system specific gcc headers that gcc choses
depending on your architecture and depending on if you use -m32 etc).
Maybe it works if you do the preprocessing with gcc -E ("Stop after the
preprocessing stage") and feed the result to htod.
