how to set up eclipse with ddt and gtkd with dmd the proper way?

I compiled it with dmd but the guy in that thread has exactly the same
problem as me, thanks for pointing me to it :)
I also noticed my gtkD.lib is 31 kb so I'll do what they suggest in the
tread and post my progress
