I'm firmly in the camp that HTML *is* presentation. Or at least should be 
considered such. And even moreso since CSS is such total garbage for any 
presentational needs besides basic styling (hell, "cascading *STYLE* 
sheets").

Of course, I haven't really looked at std.ddoc, so for all I know maybe it 
could use improvement.
