~ is Ctrl+Alt+~+Space
^ is Shift+^+Space
{ is Ctrl+Alt+{
[ is Ctrl+Alt+[
( is Shift+(

~ is the most tedious as D uses it a lot.. 4 key presses.

I've seriously thought about changing to an programmer or English layout 
while programming..
