Add 'd-programming-language' to the D newsgroups web pages

If you take a look at the source code of the D newsgroups web pages, you 
will see something like:

<META NAME="keywords" content="news,pnews,webnews,nntp,usenet,netnews" />

Obviously it has nothing to do with the D programming language, so I 
suggest whoever manages that website to modify the PHP code to generate 
proper META tag with the "d-programming-language" as a keyword.
