Have you ever heard someone say: "The first answer is always NO"? Ideas 
are like.. well, everyone.. nevermind that. "Web forum for D" is just an 
idea. Not a concept, for it lacks any substance for the thought as it was 
proposed was "on the surface" (shallow). Not that there's anything wrong 
with non-in-depth ideas. That's the way things start. Of course, just 
rolling a snowball down a hill and wishing it will result in a multiroom 
igloo when it gets to the bottom of the hill is, well, wishful thinking.
