Scroll, scroll, scroll! It's like writing a letter to someone on a remote

My newsreader lets me view in threaded view (which I pretty much always 
use) but also sort by other columns (I KNOW this is not news to you): 
"from", "date", etc. And it does that ultra fast, no page loads and such 
to waste my precious time. You may be young and surely are going to live 
forever so it's maybe not a big deal to you, I, OTOH...
