dmd hello.d -L-lDerelictSFML -L-lDerelictUtil -L-ldl

Then before you can use sFML System you need to call
DerelictSFMLSystem.load(). This holds true for any Derelict
binding you use (DerelictSFMLWindow.load(), DerelictGL3.load()
and so on).
