Correct forum for discussing documentation issues?

What would be the correct forum to discuss a possible correction 
to the D Language specification?

I started a thread on the Learn forum asking a question regarding 
'import', it soon became apparent to me that there may be an 
error in the specification. What is the correct forum in which to 
discuss this?
