Can we get a forum section devoted to documentation?

I'm pretty sure that there are quite a few folks using NNTP still (e.g. IIRC, 
Walter uses Thunderbird as an NNTP client), but we'd have to do a poll to be 
sure. Certainly, a large portion of the posters who have been here for a while 
use either the mailing list or NNTP, since the current web interface is fairly 
new.
