Pinging some roadblocks for zip-packaging script

I'm almost done with a script to generate the zip releases (plus 7z and
OS-specific releases), but I've hit a few things that are blocking me
from getting through much more of the final mile, so I wanted to ping
them here in case anyone can help:

Also, this pull will be needed (since the latest chmgen in the
"dlang.org" repo uses libcurl), although it's not actually blocking me
right now (btw, thanks to everyone who pulled the other "tools" repo
requests I had - that was a big help):
