Don't tempt me. I'm playing with the idea of writing a Ddoc <-> Markdown
converter. Something like Pandoc, but lighter.
The format and the perimeter needed are relatively limited: Ddoc, md, (a
subset of) html, maybe a subset of LaTeX.
