Status of wxD?

I pushed the code to GitHub, since that was supposed to magically
make more people contribute. That never seemed to happen, though...

As of 2013, the library is probably best considered discontinued ?

It was "almost" working with D 1.0 and wx 2.8, but likely needs
some major rewriting to work better with D 2.0 and wxWidgets 3.0...

But all the old code for wxD should be up, at either of the sites.
