Want to Outsource programming projects through Programmersbyhour - any experiences?

I have been reading about outsourcing programming projects 
through Programmersbyhour or someone else. It seems like a good 
idea if you could get someone you trust, even for few hours. Has 
anyone ever used this strategy? Because once we get going it will 
be impossible to do everything ourselves.
