DDoc default output (was: What do you use to generate documentation?)

This is a pretty sweet default replacement!

Thinking about this, it would be nice if ddoc output by default wasn't
so ugly to begin with. *Or* perhaps we should try to distribute a
couple of nice ddoc files together with DMD?
