Hmm, haven't I said I wasn't a web developer? ;) I've contributed 
a few patches to Vibe, but its creator is Sönke Ludwig.

For MVC, there's Zeal, Christopher Nicholson-Sauls's MVC 
framework on top of Vibe.d:
