As long as 1 of the 21 members of the organization will take on the
responsibility for it then fine, go with it. Then we can delete the
Emacs-D-Mode-Maintainers group.

We'll need to update the MELPA entry so the pulls come from the new
repository.

We'll also have to amend Launchpad stuff as well.
