In general it is up to maintainer in given distro to decide this. 
"headers" go to /usr/include/* but exact naming is undefined. I 
use "/usr/include/dlang/<project name>/" for Arch.

This is irrelevant to binding topic though, as those usually have 
two place to be found at:

1) Deimos
2) dub registry

Pretty simple IMHO ;)
