Looking for a changelog lieutenant

Hello,


Currently the changelog (draft at http://erdani.com/d/changelog.html) is 
incomplete and missing all bugs fixed. Would a volunteer be willing to 
sift through the git log and bugzilla fixed issues and update it? This 
blocks the announcement of 2.066 to the world. Help appreciated.
